Subscription Plans

• Basic Plan: $9/month or $7.50/month annually
• Professional Plan: $19/month or $15.83/month annually

Payment Terms

• All fees are in USD
• Payments are processed by Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Annual plans are billed yearly in advance

5. Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with Zazoony within your first 30 days as a paying customer, we'll provide a full refund - no questions asked. This guarantee applies only to your first paid subscription.

After 30 Days

Due to the nature of our service, we do not offer refunds after the 30-day guarantee period.

Eligible for Refunds

• Technical issues preventing platform access (if not resolved within 48 hours)
• Accidental duplicate subscriptions
• Billing errors

Not Eligible for Refunds

• Change of mind after 30-day guarantee
• Lack of usage or engagement
• Business closure or pivot

6. Cancellation and Downgrades

• Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
• No partial refunds for downgrades or cancellations

• Reverse engineer our platform

Platform Security

• Attempt to access unauthorized data
• Exploit vulnerabilities
• Interfere with platform operations
• Use automated means to extract data

Appropriate Use

• Use for illegal activities
• Engage in fraud or deceptive practices
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Enforcement

• First violation: Warning and opportunity to correct behavior
• Severe violations: Immediate suspension pending investigation
• Confirmed violations: Permanent account termination without refund
